We carefully prepare every Bodhi Tree order and deliver throughout South Africa. Open a section below for the details you need.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Tuesday to Saturday. Once your parcel has been packed and handed to the courier, you will receive tracking information.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is generally estimated at 1–3 business days after dispatch for major centres. Outlying areas, public holidays, peak periods and courier disruptions may add time.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard door-to-door delivery within South Africa is R75. Standard shipping is free when the qualifying order value is R650 or more.
How do I track my parcel?
We send tracking details to the email address or mobile number supplied at checkout once the courier has collected your parcel.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can only change an address before the parcel has been dispatched. Please check all delivery details carefully at checkout.
What if my parcel is damaged or missing?
Please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the parcel and items where applicable. We will investigate with the courier and help resolve the issue.
Can I collect in store?
If an in-store collection option is available at checkout, wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting our Edenvale store.
