Shipping and Orders

All you need to know about our shipping and when your parcel will arrive.

 

• Order processing time: Orders will be processed Tuesday to Saturday. Orders made after 1pm will be processed the next day.

 

• In-store pick up is available if specified during checkout. We offer this service Monday to Friday 10am- 4:30 and Saturday to Sunday 9:30 till 12pm. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up. 

 

• Shipping times are fully dependent on our location.

 

• Shipping Rates will be calculated at and displayed at checkout.

 

We now offer PUDO Locker shipping options . This option is more cost effective for you. Please not that this option is not delivered to your door but rather a PUDO Locker Location near you. You have 48 hours to pick up your package from arrival. For more info please check out the PUDO website.
